Mild mannered Dewey Mistman is working in his umbrella store when trouble strikes! The evil super-villain, The Drought, is wasting water all over the city. This looks like a job for Dewey’s alter-ego, The Watercooler. However, there’s just one problem. The Watercooler doesn’t know anything about water or water conservation. It’s only his first week on the superhero team known as The Aqua League. What’s worse, in addition to her wasteful ways, The Drought has started polluting the water supply. Luckily our hero has the help of Tara Misu and Carp Kirschner, as well as fellow superhero, Thunderstorm. But will it be enough? Will he learn enough about water to stop The Drought?
