Project Energy Power Play

Power Play is an “escape room” style game where you must use your cunning and intellect to figure out the puzzles. But these puzzles can be tough to figure out! Most of the puzzles have little to no instructions on how to solve them. It’s up to you and your friends to analyze the puzzle and see if you can figure out what’s going on. This solution can be found by figuring out that you should take note of the directions as you travel from location one through location six. Note: these are directions you would travel on the paper map (Up, Down, Left, Right) as opposed to the cardinal directions (North, South, East, West) that you would travel through the actual town.

Hint #2: The map will help you see which direction to go.
Hint #3: When you work your way across town, the arrows will point you in the right direction.

Hint #3: There is a connection between the energy source number and the energy source word if you put them in the right order.

Explanation

This solution can be found by figuring out that there is a relationship between the numbers in Sunny’s paragraph and the batteries of each color in the diagram. Take the numbers as they appear on Sunny’s paragraph: three, six, five, two and one. Then associate the number of each battery of each color. There are three orange batteries, six green batteries, five blue batteries, two yellow batteries and one purple battery. Enter the colors in the same order as their corresponding number appears in the paragraph.

Hints

Hint #1: The batteries are different colors.
Hint #2: There are different numbers of different colored batteries..
Hint #3: The spelled-out numbers match a number of batteries with a certain color.
