Program Overview

The Marine Team livestream is a fun and exciting way to experience educational theatre from your classroom or at home.

Join a colourful cast of characters in this 35-minute show about ports, goods and trade. Through an interactive web platform, a live Actor/Educator host will introduce a series of entertaining episodes from our educational theatrical production of The Marine Team.

The sketches focus on the following educational points:

  • What are goods and trade?
  • Why are ports important?
  • How we get the goods we need
  • How we receive our goods sustainably

You’ve seen the livestream, now take part in THE CONTAINER CONTEST!

The Container Contest is a student STEM challenge to work out how many cans of beans can be stored inside a shipping container. The winning entries will share in the major prize pool of $500!!
