Program Overview

The Mind Masters livestream is an entertaining way to experience educational theatre from the classroom or at home.

Join a colourful cast of characters in this 40-minute show about mental health and wellbeing. Through an interactive web platform, a live host will introduce a series of entertaining sketches from our educational theatrical productions.

The sketches focus on the following educational points:

  • The Stress Test
  • How to Build Resilience
  • How Physical Health Leads to Mental Health
  • You’ll experience important lessons about mental health, positive thinking, mindfulness, resilience and dealing with stress to help put you on a positive track for the rest of your life.


You’ve watched the livestream event and learned all about you’re a fixed versus growth mindset, dealing with stress, the power of yet and how physical health supports mental health. Now you can play these fun, educational games and continue learning about these powerful strategies.
